Why " Be Orange" ?
Women everywhere get so tangled in the roles we play that we forget the woman underneath. We’re busy being the mom, the wife, the caregiver, the boss, the fixer… basically the human equivalent of a Swiss Army knife in lipstick. Then midlife marches in like, “Surprise! Time for hormone chaos and identity plot twists!” Toss in a divorce (hi, yes, me), and the whole thing goes from wobble to full-blown tornado in minutes.
One day you glance in the mirror and think, Hold up—there are officially more years behind me than in front of me. WHOA.
Stuck? Oh, I’ve been stuck. Cemented. Glued.
I’ve done the ugly crying on the kitchen floor. I’ve screamed, questioned everything, and yes—earned a proud little wine belly merit badge. But I also rose back up. I peeled off the roles, the expectations, the shoulds… and underneath all that, I found something wild and wonderful: the real me. And she was worth the digging.
And here’s the truth: midlife isn’t about hunting for purpose—it’s about permission. Permission to live brighter, bolder, louder, and more unapologetically YOU. When we stop performing and start inhabiting ourselves, everything changes. This season doesn’t shrink us—it launches us.
As the creator of the Be Orange framework, I blend humor, storytelling, and practical tools to guide women in peeling back the “shoulds,” rediscovering who they are, and stepping boldly into what’s next.
My talks are both playful and powerful, leaving audiences not only inspired but equipped with simple, memorable strategies they can use right away. Whether at a retreat, conference, or workshop, I create space where women are reminded it’s never too late to reignite their joy — and live with zest.
